🟦 CALL For Paper

The Sustainable Technologies for Industry 5.0 (STI 2025) conference invites original research contributions that explore innovative and sustainable solutions aligned with the emerging paradigms of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. As industries evolve to become smarter, more automated, and increasingly human-centric, STI 2025 serves as a premier international platform for researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to present cutting-edge advancements that drive this transformation.

This year’s conference will focus on research areas that include but are not limited to cyber-physical systems, smart manufacturing, robotics, intelligent energy systems, sustainable textile innovations, and human–AI collaboration. It places particular emphasis on technologies that address the intersection of automation, sustainability, and human-in-the-loop design—core tenets of Industry 5.0. The conference also aims to foster discussion around the socio-technical and environmental aspects of modern industry.

STI 2025 will be held from 11–12 December 2025 at the permanent campus of Green University of Bangladesh, located in Purbachal American City, Dhaka.

Accepted and presented papers (excluding those from the textile engineering domain) will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE’s final approval, and are expected to be indexed in Scopus and other major bibliographic databases. Papers from the textile engineering domain will be included in the official conference proceedings.

All submissions must be original, unpublished work and will undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure high academic and ethical standards. We strongly encourage contributions from both academia and industry that showcase real-world applications, prototypes, theoretical developments, and interdisciplinary approaches.

We welcome you to be a part of STI 2025 and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable, intelligent industry. Join us in this global forum to share ideas, discover innovations, and build partnerships that matter.

Papers presenting original research are being sought within following tracks, but not limited to:

Publication

All accepted and registered full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and among them, selected extended papers will be submitted to the scopus indexed journals. Here, It is noteworthy to mention that our past conferences are published in the international conference series by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and archived in IEEE Xplore digital library.

Industrial Panel Discussion Session

Discussion Topic: Transformation of Future Job Market in the Era of AI and Robotics

Human–machine collaboration, cognitive systems, cyber-physical systems, cloud computing, big data analytics, AI-driven automation, and robotics are key pillars of the Industry 5.0 revolution. With the rapid advancement of intelligent technologies, Industry 5.0 emphasizes a human-centric, resilient, and sustainable industrial ecosystem where humans and smart machines work together to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilization. In the era of AI and robotics, the global job market is undergoing a major transformation. Automation is expected to replace monotonous and repetitive tasks, while intelligent robots and autonomous systems will reshape production processes, supply chains, and industrial workflows. This shift will not only introduce new categories of jobs but also demand advanced digital competencies, interdisciplinary skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with AI-powered tools.

The Industrial Panel Discussion Session aims to highlight these transformative changes and examine the evolving role of academic research and industry collaboration in supporting sustainable development. Key discussion points include emerging technologies for Industry 5.0, potential challenges, socio-economic impacts, and required skill sets for future graduates and professionals. Distinguished industry experts will join the session as panelists to share insights and guide participants in understanding the future job landscape shaped by AI and robotics.
